Artists sometimes have to resort to rather strange ways to create a real masterpiece. When we come to galleries and museums, we see only the final result, but we cannot evaluate the work. However, projects often turn out to be very thoughtful, even if initially they do not seem so.
The project, named "Verkenners", was created by the Dutch studio Autobahn. It was the result of collaboration between artists and territory developers. Together they were looking for a way to use art in the development of territories. Many questions were raised - what impact does art and culture have on the modern world? Can projects, works of art help in something, improve the quality of development of territories or franchising? But we will not delve into this complex terminology, but pay more attention to the project itself.
The designers suggest finding answers to all these numerous questions in the book, especially for which the cover was created. It depicts a young man looking through a magnifying glass at his own back, where we can see grass, trees, roads … There are even figurines of cows! To create such an art landscape, the artists had to work hard, and all this was not montage. First, the letters were written on the back of the man, making up the word that gives the name to the project. Then grass fell on top, unfortunately it is not known what products were used, but it does not look like real grass. Then sand paths, figurines of trees and cows were attached. The young man was given a magnifying glass in his hand, asked to turn around and look at his back. It was this moment that was captured in the photograph - it became the cover of the book.

A book feast for the whole world: advertising the fair in Porto Alegre
For some, the book is a feast for the spirit, and for others, a feast for the belly. It is about others that a funny advertisement for the fair, which has been held since 1955 and annually attracts 2 million visitors, tells. Creative posters call for donating books to those who truly love them (but not in a culinary sense): “Feed the culture, don't feed the moths”. Meanwhile, insects sincerely love fine literature: at a picnic they will overpower larger volumes, and for a date by candlelight they will choose
How the peasant Telushkin surprised the whole Petersburg by bringing back to life an angel on the spire of Peter and Paul
In 1837, the artist Grigory Chernetsov completed the commission of Nicholas I - a large-scale canvas depicting a parade that took place on Tsaritsyno Meadow in St. Petersburg in October 1831. The emperor's desire was dictated by the desire not only to perpetuate the fateful event in the history of Russia - the suppression of the Polish uprising of 1830-1831, but also to portray the outstanding personalities of the era. It is noteworthy that in the list of three hundred celebrities approved by the Tsar personally, there was a native of the peasant class

He was called the Nostradamus of show business for his ability to accurately guess which project will be popular and bring its creators a good income. It's hard to imagine that once a media mogul and famous TV presenter was a simple, albeit promising, singer. Almost 13 years have passed since the day of his departure, and the whole world continues to play in his "Wheel of Fortune", the very one that is called "Field of Miracles" in Russia
