Who among us in childhood, listening to mother's fairy tales, did not dream of a magical land where rivers of milk flow and people live in gingerbread houses? It turns out that sweet houses are not fiction at all, you just have to try - and now a house made of sugar is right there. If you don't believe me, then take a look at the work. William Lamson … His brainchild - greenhouse Solarium - made from caramelized sugar.
The amazing "sugar" greenhouse was presented at the 2012 landscape design exhibition at the Storm King art center. The greenhouse consists of 162 windows, for each of which William Lamson has prepared a syrup of a special consistency. By changing the temperature, the master managed to achieve different shades of color. The solidified syrup was placed between two glass panes, the edges were “sealed” with silicone to prevent moisture and sugar “leakage” in case it melted. After that, the finished "glasses" were installed in metal frames.
To get to the miraculous greenhouse, visitors need to make a long way through the open area; inside the Solarium, you can see three miniature citrus trees. Inside the greenhouse, you can admire the transparent walls that sparkle in all shades of yellow, orange and brown. According to William Lamson, this greenhouse combines the features of a greenhouse, a chapel and a zen garden at the same time.
By the way, while William Lamson was working on the creation of a "sweet" greenhouse, the artist Meschac Gaba managed to create a whole city of sugar, albeit a miniature one.

Watercolors, pastels and colored pencils in one bottle: interesting drawings by Molly Brose
Many artists try to twist and find newer ways of creativity, sometimes forgetting about the most important thing - about the content. And also that many of the existing methods can be skillfully combined. Like Molly Brose and her watercolor drawings, which she dilutes with pastels, crayons, charcoal, graphite, wax crayons, and even draws them on special paper
One million coffee beans. One World, One Family, One Coffee: another mosaic of Saimir Strati
This Albanian maestro, multiple "record holder" for mosaics, Saimir Strati, has already been met by the readers of Culturology.Ru on the pages of the site. It was he who created a painting of 300,000 screws and a portrait of Leonardo da Vinci from nails, and also laid out images from corks and toothpicks. And the new mosaic, on which the author is working today, probably cost him more than one hundred cups of strong aromatic coffee, since he lays it out from a million coffee beans

New Lucky restaurant - cemetery and restaurant in one bottle
The attitude towards life and death in all cultures is different, therefore, what seems immoral and immoral to some people, from others, arouses approval, or even a condescending smile. Perhaps only in India, where reincarnation is the most important part of religion, could a restaurant appear, built in the middle of an old Muslim cemetery. New Lucky restaurant in Ahmedabad is a unique place where hundreds of visitors come with pleasure for a cup of tea
