Some information about Nadan himself - he was born in 1961 in Tel Aviv, Israel. His father was a pilot, but lost an eye, and the family of the future photographer decided to start a new life in Johannesburg, South Africa. Nadav Kander began photographing here at the age of 13, and later, when he joined the Air Force, spent a lot of time developing pictures in dark rooms. In 1986 he moved to London, where he now lives with his wife and three children.

There are almost no unknowns among his works, but some of the most quoted are his portrait of US President Obama, as well as his photo “Diver, Salt Lake, Utah”, in which a lone diver looks at the water surface. In my opinion, the second job is, of course, much more important than the first.
