Esplendor Hotel in Buenos Aires attracts visitors by the fact that it looks more like a museum than an ordinary place where you can spend the night. On the walls you can find many portraits of famous people, which are made of unusual materials.
The Esplendor hotel is considered one of the best in the Argentine capital; visitors can not only live here in comfort, but also get aesthetic pleasure from the fact that, passing through numerous corridors, they can admire portraits of celebrities. Pictures are also hung in the lobby and in the restaurant. The portraits contain images of South American celebrities - from the legendary football player Diego Maradonna to the revolutionary Che Guevara.
The creation of the paintings was carried out by the Argentine art group Mondongo, which is popular in this country for its extraordinary works. Having started their activity in 1999, the masters managed to master the technique of creating portraits from various materials - from plasticine to food or even bullets! Recall that earlier on the site Kulturologiya.ru we already talked about unusual portraits created from "improvised" materials: from spent cartridges, 250 layers of carpet or even wine corks!
