Incredible still lifes that ignore the laws of physics and logic, grotesque advertising photos, numbers created from monochromatic objects, girls merging with the wall - the number of original or simply interesting concepts of this photographer is beyond counting - there are no such huge numbers in nature. His name is Alexander Crispin, and he proves that fantasy knows no boundaries.
We can safely say that each of the Alexander Crispin series of photographs deserves a separate article, since there is a lot to tell about each, and at least some of the pictures will cause a whole storm of emotions.
Among his clients there are companies known all over the world: Ikea, Fuji Film, Samsung, Audi, Sony-Ericsson, Bosch, and this is only a small part of the list. It is not surprising that with such an abundance of clients, the totality of his work represents prefabricated hodgepodge different ideas and concepts for children and adults for every taste.
Alexander Crispin was born in 1967 in Sweden and owns his own studio in Stockholm. Works throughout Europe since 1992. The career of a talented photographer began with a love of cinematography. His attention to detail and a touch of humor in every work has become his trademark. Some of his photographs are somewhat similar to the insane works of Koen Demuynck - the one who placed a cleaver boar in the city center in his works, and launched a simple clerk into space right on an office chair. Perhaps some of his other works - for example, one of his most famous cycles "Numbers" resembles the painstakingly assembled in their ideal combination of objects from Imke Klee. However, given the incredible variety of works by this photographer, everyone will find something amazing in him.
His site does not have his works at all, but there are useful links and contacts.
