In the United States of America, there has been a super popular TV show Saturday Night Live for many years. Here comes the Korean photographer Sook Kim created a very unusual series of photographs titled Saturday nightin which he showed life of one hotel on Saturday night.
There are authors who perceive a separate window as an object for their creativity (for example, Gosia Wlodarczak with her frosty drawings on the windows), and there are those who use all the windows of the house. Examples of the latter include the Look up more dance flash mob in sixty-eight windows of a building in Manhattan, or a series of Saturday Night photographs from Korean photographer Suk Kim.
Suk Kim's Saturday Night project is not just a series of photographs united by one conceptual theme. This is a whole fiction novel, consisting of many stories, which, on the one hand, are connected with each other (the scene), and on the other, they are not at all!
On Saturday Night, Suk Kim showed everything that happens in the sixty-six rooms of a typical hotel on a typical Saturday night. And he showed it from the point of view of a voyeur, a person spying on it all through the windows.
Logically, the Saturday Night photo project consists of sixty-seven photographs (sixty-six rooms plus a general view of the hotel), most of which depict events that take place at a certain point on Saturday night in a particular room of the building.
For example, in one of the hotel rooms a married couple of retirees is sleeping quietly, in another - a child left alone with himself sits in the dark, in the third - three men are playing poker, in the fourth - the wife is standing over the body of her husband she has just killed, in fifth - a man watches TV in an embrace with an inflatable doll, in the sixth - a couple has sex in a missionary position, in the seventh - a fat man is having a hearty dinner, in the eighth - a girl of Asian appearance hanged herself.
Suk Kim himself does not provide any explanation for these works. He acts as an outside observer, who only conveys through photography what he saw in the windows of the hotel.

Underwater photography that doesn't look like underwater photography: a photography project from Adeline Mai
We have written about underwater photography more than once, but the peculiarity of this series of photographs, created by 20-year-old girl-photographer Adeline Mai, is that the water in it does not look like water. Rather, they are people immersed in the ether, who appear before us in an extreme degree of purity and harmlessness
"Starry Night" from space images. Art project by astrophysicist Alex Harrison Parker
Famous paintings by famous artists of the past inspire many contemporary artists with their example. So, there is nothing surprising in the fact that this or that representative of contemporary art, no, no, but will give out on-the-mountain his interpretation of "Girls with a Pearl Earring", "Mona Lisa" or "Starry Night" by Van Gogh
