On January 23, two suns rose over London. The man-made luminary rose above Trafalgar Square when there was still an hour before dawn. In addition, the artificial sun worked from an hour after sunset, surprising residents and guests of the British capital. The huge lamp-installation of the Greyworld art collective is not only an unusual event, but also a part of the Bright Mornings campaign, which advertises juices. In winter, everyone lacks sunshine and vitamins, so why not make people happy with both?
In order to extend the daylight hours in central London by a couple of hours, the authors of the installation had to work for six months. The artificial sun is 30 thousand times larger than a soccer ball, its diameter is 22 meters, and it weighs 2.5 tons. A powerful luminary, equivalent to 60 thousand light bulbs, dispelled the darkness at 6.50 and “rolled down” at 19.30.
It was possible to watch the artificial sun while sitting in a chaise longue: if the light did not warm the audience, then it helped to dispel the winter boredom. Installation with the conventional slogan: "Awake!" (not to be confused with a religious publication) urges not to hibernate, despite the bleak landscape outside the window. It is said that 250 thousand people have visited Trafalgar Square in a day.
How the artificial sun was mounted, you can watch the video:

Buy My Face: the face of an advertising campaign or an advertising campaign on the face?
“Advertising is the engine of trade” - even a schoolchild knows this. But British students Ross Harper and Ed Moyes know that creative advertising is doubly effective! The guys are the authors of the Buy My Face concept, which literally means “Buy my face”. Resourceful "businessmen" decided to lease their faces to advertisers: company logos are applied with paint, which allows the guys to attract more and more new customers every day. Artificial Sun in Calgary: Installation by Caitlind Brown and Wayne Garrett
Calgary is a large city in the province of Alberta in Canada. Its climate is interesting because in cold winters there is often a warm, dry shinuk wind blowing from behind the Rocky Mountains, which can raise the air temperature to 15 degrees Celsius in just a few hours. True, this winter the townspeople are "warmed" not only by the shinuk, but also … by the artificial sun. This hand-crafted installation appeared on Stephen Avenue at the initiative of the creative duo Caitlind Brown and Wayne Garrett

Advertising in the Land of the Rising Sun: stickers on female legs
The habit of men to look at the beautiful legs of some women is annoying, flattering to others, but to others it even pays dividends. A new trend in Japanese marketing is the placement of advertising stickers on … the naked legs of girls just below the exciting mini-skirts. Such an unusual idea belongs to the PR company Absolute Territory PR
