Dutch architecture studio Doepel strijkers designed a unique interior for a clothing and accessories boutique located in Amsterdam (Netherlands). Branches in all directions, a white-painted mesh of interconnected steel frames forms the volumetric structure of a two-story shop that has become a flagship for a fashion brand Stills.
Some of the clothes hang from frames, while others are laid out on transparent glass shelves that are almost invisible to the eyes of visitors, randomly fixed throughout the structure.
All auxiliary elements are delicately integrated into the main structure. Locker rooms are hidden behind mirrored doors that melt in the reflections of white steel shelves, and white mannequins look like ghostly phantoms.
Thorough analysis of human movement in space and perception of the proposed products forms the basis for the deformation of the spatial grid. The maximum visual and functional effect is achieved here with the minimum expenditure of resources.
