The happy time of a carefree childhood is when everything around seems amazing and unusual, multi-colored glass is equated with jewelry, and any stick of a fancy shape can become a toy. Remembering their happy childhood, about the games of Indians who pranced on twig horses, about homemade sailboats carved from a piece of bark, Dutch designers Niels van Eijk and Miriam van der Lubbe have developed a fun collection of wooden toys called Happy toys … A small but original collection of three "lucky toys". This includes the wooden Happy Horse, reminiscent of those impromptu Native American horses in the form of a horse's head on a stick, the wooden Happy Dog, and the wooden Happy Car. Perhaps the appearance of these toy characters will seem funny or strange to modern children, but Soviet preschoolers, who today are their grandparents, will surely smile dreamily in tune with their memories.
Happy children are healthy children, and therefore the origin of toys with which their kids spend a lot of time is also important for parents. All toys from the Happy Toys collection are handmade by craftsmen, the wood for them is collected in the garden on a family farm, which means that they can rightfully be considered environmentally friendly and absolutely safe for children of any age. In addition, such a toy will be extremely difficult to break, therefore, it can be entrusted even to a hyperactive child - a dog, horse or car will grab his attention for a long time, giving parents the opportunity to relax and take care of themselves.
The happy toys from the Happy Toys range cost 59 Euros for the Happy Dog, and 79 Euros for the more cute and "traditional" Happy Horse and Happy Car.
