Cleanliness is a guarantee of health, and health is very expensive nowadays. But Dutch painter, master of calligraphic art Niels shoe meulman armed himself with a rag and a bucket of water not at all in order to clean the squares of his hometown. His art project Sweeping beauty This is a temporary graffiti painted with water and a mop on the pavement. This art project became one of many performances included in the Calligraffiti Upside Down Tour 2012. "Clean graffiti", washed on the asphalt by the author, temporarily adorned the area of Holland, then Singapore, and moved on with the talented author. And really, who needs a pen, pen, pencil or marker when there is always water and a rag at hand?
Niels Shoe Meulman is a world-recognized master of calligraphy, the art of drawing stunningly beautiful letters that not only complement certain graphic works of the artist, but are themselves adornments, masterpieces of modern art.
