The underwater world lives by its own laws. Predators and those who will inevitably become prey - the roles are distributed categorically. British photographer Christopher Swann off the coast of the Azores, we managed to witness real underwater battles between sharks, dolphins and flocks of defenseless mackerels. The unique footage is simply mesmerizing.
In order to somehow protect themselves, mackerels are combined into articles, which in the photo look like a huge silver ball. Thousands of small fish swim in the depths of the Atlantic Ocean in a similar defensive position. According to the photographer, one such "living ball" in diameter can reach 30 meters.
Christopher Swann managed to capture not only the underwater attacks of dolphins and sharks, in this unequal battle mackerels were also trapped by airborne assault forces. The photographs clearly show how petrels dive into the water to also profit from easy prey. It's amazing how one person managed to witness such a battle and make such high-quality and "live" shots of the inhabitants of the underwater world.
The world of underwater photography is a truly mesmerizing reality, which will be interesting for everyone to look into, because the chance to see such a spectacle with his own eyes may not be presented.
