Video: A series of decorations about the forest from One green smile

It all started with the fact that once upon a time I made a ring with cinnamon (stick, not powder =)) for a loved one for the New Year, I still like the idea, but now it seems to me that the performance was a little simple, so I decided to do what something like that, but already using the whole arsenal of techniques and materials. I decided that there would be electroplating with copper, pomegranates and cinnamon itself, I immediately wanted to call it "mulled wine", pomegranates are so similar to droplets of red wine..:) The rings that came out to me very much I liked it, but they were completely different from mulled wine. They came out very forest, a little rough and somehow real (I can't find the exact word). I really enjoyed making them, and that's why a small series of such forest decorations appeared.
The first to appear was this ring with patterns of cinnamon and pomegranates:
Cinnamon is not covered with anything, so it smells:))
I could not limit myself to one cinnamon ring, so I immediately made the second one:
When I made these two rings, I remembered that for more than a year I had a pebble that was very beautiful, but did not fit anywhere. Remembering about it, I immediately realized that it is ideal for a ring from the forest series:) I named it "Foggy Forest"
A couple of days after that, I went to the forest for inspiration, where, quite unexpectedly, I found a walnut. Earring inserts and rings were made from his shell:
Here is a series of decorations about woods:) It seems to me that copper came up very well here, I like how the wood texture was recreated in this metal. I was very pleased to make this series, I hope you will like it too:)

Vintage handmade jewelry by One green smile
For some time now I have been creating jewelry from polymer clay, this hobby arose on the basis of several pieces: firstly, it is my love to make something with my own hands (since childhood, I glued something, sculpted, painted, etc.), and secondly , I periodically have ideas and there is an irresistible desire to implement them, and thirdly, I do not always manage to find something I want on sale
Plant for the Planet, a green art project made from green leaves
By the will of fate, in English the word plant means both a factory and plants - two objects that have a completely polar impact on the environment. Some pollute it, others clean it … This eternal problem of mankind was dedicated to a "green" art project called Plant for the Planet
Pin-up like a man: a fun series of photos that will make you smile even on the saddest day
Seductive poses, sexually crossed legs, wide-open innocent eyes, languidly parted lips - all this and much more can be seen in Rion Sabean's comic photo project, where brutal men tried on pin-up images. But instead of charming outfits, the guys are dressed in the most ordinary clothes, which do not attract attention at all, and even less show all the charms of the figure
One million coffee beans. One World, One Family, One Coffee: another mosaic of Saimir Strati
This Albanian maestro, multiple "record holder" for mosaics, Saimir Strati, has already been met by the readers of Culturology.Ru on the pages of the site. It was he who created a painting of 300,000 screws and a portrait of Leonardo da Vinci from nails, and also laid out images from corks and toothpicks. And the new mosaic, on which the author is working today, probably cost him more than one hundred cups of strong aromatic coffee, since he lays it out from a million coffee beans
The paper forest of human fears. Forest of Fears, art project by Elsa Mora
Culturology.RF has already written about the graceful, skillful, multifaceted work of the contemporary artist Elsa Mora, and more than once. So, it was about the thinnest paper paintings of the author, and about flower people made of petals and blades of grass, and today - again about a paper masterpiece, but with a philosophical bias. How does human fear work out? Elsa Mora spoke about her in the Forest of Fears art project
