Probably, most of the projects that designers come up with are concepts - of course, in the future these things can be produced, but so far they are only talked about in the future tense. But some are being created, although it is hardly possible to use them.
Today we will tell you about another idea of the designer Tokujin Yoshioka, which can hardly be called practical and applicable in everyday life. This furniture really looks great, and it's so hard to believe that absolutely anyone can make it. The fact is that this sofa and armchair are made of the most ordinary paper, A4 sheets. But for this the designer had to crumple all of them well, then glue them together, and this is how this "Paper Furniture" turned out.
I wonder if there is something harder inside this paper wrapper to sit on? It is a little unclear whether the designer pasted over the already existing furniture with pieces of paper, or there is a void under the paper. In any case, even if there is an armchair and a sofa, it is unlikely that you will sit on it - it will be a pity, because the paper will get wrinkled, or it may even break somewhere.
As we can see, the concept came out again not quite necessary, but it was created for the Moroso's Furniture Show.
