In December 2012, at the age of 104, one of the greatest geniuses of our time, an architect, died. Oscar Niemeyer … And just a month later, in memory of him, a Brazilian graffiti artist Eduardo Kobra created giant image on the wall of a house in the center of São Paulo.

Eduardo Cobra is probably the most famous street artist in Brazil. At the same time, he creates works far beyond the borders of his country, for example, in Los Angeles. But, mainly, the creative platform for Eduardo is his hometown of São Paulo.

But at the end of January 2013, the most ambitious work ever drawn by Eduardo Cobra, and indeed in the entire history of street art, appeared in Sao Paulo. This is a giant portrait of the architect Oscar Niemeyer, which appeared on the solid end wall of a multi-storey building in the city center. The height of this work is 52 meters!
