But the young artist Hanneke Treffers from the Netherlands still does not part with scissors, glue and paper, continuing to do what contemporary artists call "mixed media art". This brings her not only pleasure, but also money, fame, as well as recognition of connoisseurs of such creativity.
Collages, or what else you can name what Hanneke Treffers creates, are made up of the most incredible elements. Here are scraps of music and old stamps, playing cards and money from different republics, magazine covers and pages from books, and against the background of all this - the author's drawings of the young artist.
Curiously, Hanneke Treffers turns all pictures created in this way into images stylized as pin-ups. She processes her creations with paints, ink, markers and even a ballpoint pen, but in such a way that they really look like they have gone through centuries, fire, water and copper pipes. The final touch is the selection of a suitable frame and framing the collage in an ideal "frame". That's it, the pin-up style collage is ready, and is waiting for its new owner!
Artist Hanneke Treffers graduated in 2002 from the Academy of Arts and Design in the small Dutch town of St. Joost. In creative circles, the girl is known as Handiedan, and her portfolio can be seen on the website of the same name.
