How it looks muse, you can argue to the point of hoarseness, almost endlessly. Some paint her in the form of a woman with butterfly wings, others represent her as a fairy, barefoot and with loose hair, others - as a frail, almost transparent girl in a long white robe … And only from a Spanish illustrator Conrad Roset muses look like brutal, and at the same time feminine young ladies. A whole chapter is devoted to these muses. Muses in one of the sections of the author's portfolio, which is called succinctly and simply - Personal … Konrad Roset is one of those young artists whose talent manifests itself immediately and shines very brightly. So, at the age of 27, he already teaches at the Barcelona School of Design, teaching drawing to students, and also draws to order for such famous brands as Adidas, Bershka, Coca-Cola, Skoda, Mango and many others. And for the soul, Konrad draws muses. Draws very simply and easily, but the result, nevertheless, is amazing.

Unlike other artists, in his illustrations, Konrad Roset uses color as an addition to the main plot, highlighting key parts for them, making accents, decorating the composition. He performs the drawing itself with a pencil or pen. Thin smooth lines make his muses gentle, feminine, graceful. And spots of bright watercolor paint in the right places add brutality and aggressiveness to the delicate image of the muse. Probably, this is how the personal inspirers of the young artist look.

Someone might see pornography and filth in the Muses series. To some, they seem to be the embodiment of sexuality and passion. But Konrad Roset's artful simplicity will leave few people indifferent. There is something catchy in these drawings, something that attracts the eye and does not let him look away from the canvas. By the way, Konrad Roset's muses "live" not only on paper: the author also draws on a wooden surface, on cardboard, and, of course, does not refuse computer graphics either. These and other works can be seen on the artist's personal website.
