It was here, in the American town of Fort Myers, that a sculpture festival took place a few weeks ago, where it was possible to demonstrate skill in handling sand. The singles winner was Canadian Damon Langlois: his "Fallen Empire" was recognized as the best of 24 compositions participating in the sculpture festival. The freshly baked champion admitted that he himself did not understand how it happened: “You just go out, put your whole soul into the thing and give your best. At the sculpture festival, there were also doubles competitions, where Karen Jean Fralich and Dan Belcher, who know what Nightmares look like, won.
