Through the efforts of the street art team DuDug an abandoned ship, lonely rusting in one of the ports of North Wales, has turned into a grandiose art object. Young graffiti artists from all over the world covered the ship Duke of Lancaster painted, turning it into "The Black Duke" - "The Black Duke".

To the team DuDug includes artists from around the world. Therefore, the "Black Duke" project has turned out to be international: like many other street art initiatives, it has successfully united masters of different styles and genres within the framework of a single task. In their skilful hands, the ship, which had been docked since 1979, has taken on a new life.

Among the graffiti artists who had a hand in the collective gigantic painting are the well-known names in the respective circles: Lora zombie, Fat heat, Fin DAC … The work has not been completed yet: DuDug enthusiasts are still looking for young graffiti artists who will contribute to the common cause. They hope to not only attract public interest in the ship's glorious history, but also create a new magnet for curious tourists in North Wales.

Street art is widely believed to remain the "last stronghold" and hope of contemporary art.
