Original shoes and unusual furniture: do they have something in common?
Original shoes and unusual furniture: do they have something in common?

Pablo Reinoso, an Argentinean-born designer living in Paris, is best known for his collection of distinctive chairs with disproportionate backs and “melted” legs. Recently, the master came up with the idea to cross furniture and women's shoes. The result is an original shoe: with bent wood soles and “shining” with straw.

Furniture is more than a piece of furniture. She tries to win our attention by taking up more space. And the artist Pablo Reynoso indulges her in this - and the objects of the interior "release tentacles", go beyond their own framework. This is how chairs with triple seats and huge backs appear. Also, original shoes are born with runners - like shadows that lengthened towards the evening.

Reminding once again that art has little to do with utilitarianism, the author creates furniture that is impossible to sit on. This is a kind of humor, a mockery of an era in which functionality is appreciated above all, and even better versatility. We see the same idea in the unique shoes of Pablo Reynoso: in shoes with "skis" or in a model decorated with straw, you won't go far. These art objects can only be admired.

It would seem that the worn out phrase: "Everything flows, everything changes" - gets a new life in the works of the master. The new is being created right before our eyes - or, on the contrary, disintegrates and "unravels" (Reinoso's shop is a kind of variation on the theme of a half-full and half-empty glass).

And, of course, there is no way to get around a topic that has become relevant in the last century - the question of combining different types of art. Do these marvelous "spurs" remind you of anything in shape?

Smooth lines, curves and curves seem to have just left the staff. The original shoes with treble clefs and bass clefs instead of heels remind us that at first glance unprecedented combinations are possible: music can combine with applied art, for example - it would be a fantasy!
