“I'm interested in the connection between a person and what he eats,” says photographer Ted Sebarese, author of the Hunger Pains project. Fifteen designers headed by Ami Goodheart were involved in the work on the project. The most difficult to execute was the evening dress made of artichokes: it took six hours to create it, and all this time the model had to stand almost motionless. By the way, the shooting of the project took place in January 2009, that is, much earlier than the scandalous release of Lady Gaga. Who knows, perhaps the singer's stylists got the idea of a crazy costume from Ted Sebarese.
